FROM DUST TO DUST
The Bible says: “In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread,
till thou return unto the ground;
for out of it wast thou taken:
for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.”
This is the mysterious analogy of man’s life cycle,
the metamorphosis of man; from dust to dust.
Man is nothing but an articulated dust particles;
particles forming the body:
body which encases the breath.
From dust to dust,
like the hydrological cycle; with water incessantly cycling.
Life’s a fair dice; tossed on probability.
Man’s days are undoubtedly unpredictable.
His origin–his final end.
From dust to dust,
Life’s a mystery; no idea of who’s next in line.
In life, nothing’s as inevitable as death,
the transmutation of a customized dust into a crude dust;
just like the dead who once lived but were later transformed.
Man is a product of dust,
Bound to return to his original form in due time.
An apparition in the absence of that mysterious breath.
He comes, lives and dies, then we mourn.
Not realizing the theory;
FROM DUST TO DUST.
